[For course reservations] A cancellation fee of 100% of the course price (per person) will be charged for cancellations made after 11 PM two days prior to your visit.
[For reservations for seats only] A fee of 2,000 yen (per person) will be charged for cancellations made after 11 PM the day before your visit.
Cancellation fees are 30% for cancellations made two days prior, 50% for cancellations made the day before, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the reservation.For group reservations of 15 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made two weeks or less prior to the reservation date.For reductions in the number of participants made within three days of the reservation date, charges will be incurred according to the course regulations.For seat-only reservations, the fee is 2000 yen per person on the day of the reservation. For groups of 10 or more, the fee is 1000 yen per person for reservations made one week or more in advance.Please be sure to check the separate regulations for group bookings.
